Can I buy shares in Spirit Communication Technologies Limited?
Short answer: No
Long answer: Despite being a limited company, it is no part of Sprit Communication Technologies’ aims to make a profit. It is therefore not appropriate to raise money by issuing shares to investors. Currently the only way Spirit Communication Technologies raises money is through donations. This is to enable us to share the results of our work for free. Issuing additional shares has the added effect of diluting control of the control of the company, which would cause problems if some shareholders do not share the vision of the company as it is originally intended. Currently there is only one shareholder: Matei Mandache.
Are you going to use AI?
Short answer: No
Long answer: While it would be a relatively easy task to prompt AI to produce “Communication from spirits”, this is not what we are about. The concept that the communications should originate from spirits is to be taken literally, and any AI-produced imitation will not do.
When can I buy a device?
We are aware that there are already some companies which sell devices which they claim enable people on earth to receive communication from spirits (often branded as “ghost-hunting equipment”). While Spirit Communication Technologies does aim to build its own devices, we are not going to raise money by selling these devices. If a device is found to be effective, we will share instructions on how to make and use such a device freely on our website, so that others may replicate our findings and benefit from the results. In addition, if we feel that the information contained in the communication itself would benefit others, that information will also be shared freely.
